SA STUDIO is operated by an individual freelancer based in the Republic of Serbia, not a registered company. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. What We Offer

SA STUDIO provides custom Discord server design, custom Discord bot development, and free community tools, as described on this website. Every paid engagement is custom work agreed individually between you and us.

2. Placing an Order

  • Submitting the order form is a request for a quote, not a binding contract. We'll review your request and follow up by email or Discord to confirm scope, price, and timeline before any work begins.
  • You're responsible for making sure the information you submit (contact details, project description, requirements) is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to decline any order, at our discretion, including if the request involves illegal content, harassment, or anything that would violate Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

3. Payment

  • Payment is currently accepted via PayPal.
  • Pricing, deposit requirements (if any), and payment schedule are agreed with you individually before work starts, based on project scope.
  • Work will generally begin only once payment terms agreed for that project have been met.

4. Revisions & Delivery

A reasonable number of revisions is included as part of normal project delivery. The exact number and any cost for revisions beyond that will be discussed and agreed with you before work starts. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — we'll communicate promptly if something changes.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the custom deliverable (server structure, bot code, or tool built specifically for you) transfers to you.
  • We retain the right to reuse general techniques, non-client-specific code, and know-how developed while working on your project for future work with other clients.
  • Unless you tell us otherwise, we may showcase completed work in our public portfolio (server screenshots, bot descriptions, etc.). Contact us if you'd prefer your project stays private.
  • Any third-party assets, libraries, or platforms used (including Discord itself) remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You're responsible for maintaining your own Discord server, bot hosting, and any credentials/tokens once a project is delivered to you.
  • You're responsible for ensuring your server, bot, and its use comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not liable for any action Discord takes against your account, server, or bot (including suspension or termination), whether or not related to work we performed.
  • If a bot or tool relies on third-party services or APIs you choose to use, we're not responsible for their availability, pricing, or policy changes.

7. No Guarantees / Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care in everything we build, we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation of any delivered server, bot, or tool, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost community members, lost revenue, or lost data) arising from use of our deliverables. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project in question.

8. Free Tools

Tools offered for free on this site (webhook helper, timestamp generator, Discord lookup, QR generator, etc.) are provided as-is, without warranty, and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website or its order form to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or spam content
  • Request work intended for illegal activity, harassment, or content that sexualizes or otherwise harms minors
  • Attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its admin systems

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or an ongoing order after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the latest version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
