Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
1. Before Work Has Started
If you cancel after submitting an order but before we've confirmed the project and any required deposit or payment has actually started being used for work, you're entitled to a full refund of anything paid.
2. After Work Has Started
Once we've begun work on your server, bot, or tool, payments become non-refundable in proportion to the work already completed. If you cancel partway through, we'll assess how much of the agreed scope was delivered and may refund the remaining, un-worked portion at our discretion. This is decided case-by-case since every project's scope is different.
3. After Delivery
Once a project has been delivered and accepted by you, it's considered complete and is not eligible for a refund, since it was built to your specification. If something we delivered doesn't match what was agreed, contact us first — we'll fix genuine issues at no extra cost rather than requiring a refund.
4. If We Fail to Deliver
If we're unable to deliver the agreed work within a reasonable time of the agreed timeline, without a valid reason communicated to you, you're entitled to a full refund of any amount paid for that project.
5. Free Tools
The free tools on this site (webhook helper, timestamp generator, Discord lookup, QR generator) are not paid services and are not covered by this policy.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If something's gone wrong, please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly and faster that way. Opening a dispute without contacting us first may pause any further work on your project until it's resolved.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@sa-studio.xyz with your order reference (from your confirmation email) and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the latest version. Changes don't apply retroactively to orders already agreed under a previous version.
