This policy explains what personal data SA STUDIO collects when you use this website or place an order, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. SA STUDIO is operated by an individual based in the Republic of Serbia (not a registered company).

1. Who We Are

SA STUDIO ("we", "us", "our") is a Discord-focused design studio offering server design, custom bot development, and free community tools, accessible at https://sa-studio.xyz. For any privacy-related question or request, you can reach us at contact@sa-studio.xyz.

2. What Data We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • When you submit the order form: your full name, email address, Discord username, project description, budget range, deadline, any additional requirements you type in, and an optional file attachment (image or PDF).
  • If you contact us by email, the contents of that message and your email address.

Information collected automatically

  • Your IP address, when you submit the order form or attempt to log into the admin area — used solely for spam/abuse prevention (rate limiting) and security logging.
  • Standard server logs (browser user agent, request timestamps) kept for security troubleshooting.

Discord Lookup tool

If you use our public Discord profile lookup tool, the Discord user ID you enter is sent to Discord's API to retrieve publicly available profile information. We do not store your own Discord account details through this tool beyond a short-lived (5 minute) cache used purely to reduce repeated API calls for the same ID.

3. Cookies

This site uses a single essential session cookie required to keep the admin login secure and to protect forms from cross-site request forgery. We do not currently use any advertising or analytics cookies. See our Cookie Notice for full details.

4. Why We Process Your Data

  • To respond to and fulfil your order — contacting you about your project, quoting, and delivering the work (contractual necessity / your consent when submitting the form).
  • To protect the site — rate limiting, fraud/spam prevention, and security logging (our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and safe).
  • To communicate with you — replying to enquiries you send us.

5. Who We Share Data With

  • Hostinger — our hosting provider, which stores the website's database and files.
  • Discord Inc. — only when you use the Discord Lookup tool, to fetch publicly available profile data. SA STUDIO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
  • PayPal — if we agree on paid work together, any payment is handled directly between you and PayPal; we do not receive or store your card or full payment details on this website.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

Order submissions are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the project, handle any follow-up work, and meet basic bookkeeping needs, after which they may be deleted on request. You can ask us to delete your order data at any time — see Section 8.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside Serbia (for example, by our hosting provider or Discord Inc.). Where this happens, we rely on those providers' own standard safeguards for cross-border data transfer.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, for EU/UK/EEA visitors, the GDPR), you generally have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this won't affect anything already done based on it)

If you're in Serbia and unhappy with our response, you can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik). EU/EEA residents may complain to their local data protection authority.

9. Children's Privacy

This site and its services are not directed at children. In line with Discord's own Terms of Service, our services are not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our services change. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest revision.
