Cookie Notice

This site keeps browser storage to a minimum. There are two cookies and one thing saved by a tool, all listed below. There's no advertising or tracking of any kind, which is why you won't see a consent banner here.

1. What this site stores in your browser

The first two are needed for the site to work properly and safely, so they're set without asking, which is what the rules allow for strictly necessary and functional storage.

2. A note about saved webhooks

A Discord webhook URL is a credential. Anyone who has it can post into that channel. If you use the Save button on the Webhook Sender, the URL is stored in that browser and stays there. It isn't sent to us, and saving it doesn't upload it anywhere.

If you're on a shared or public computer, remove your saved entries when you're done. The small x next to each saved webhook deletes it.

3. What we don't use

No advertising cookies, no marketing pixels, no Google Analytics, nothing from an ad network. We use Google Search Console to see how the site shows up in search results, which doesn't put anything in your browser or watch your visit.

We do keep simple visit statistics on our own server, without cookies, and your IP address is hashed with the current date before anything is stored. Section 3 of the Privacy Policy explains how that works.

4. Content loaded from elsewhere

Fonts used to come from Google on every page. They're served from our own server now, so nothing is requested from Google to display this site.

On the Discord Profile Lookup page, avatars and banners load directly from Discord's image servers, because that's where they live. Your browser talks to Discord to fetch those images.

5. Turning it off

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings whenever you like. Clearing sa_theme just means the site goes back to the Light version. Blocking sastudio_sess will stop admin login working and can make form submissions, including the order form, fail.

6. If this changes

If we ever add something non-essential, like analytics or advertising cookies, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
